Nick works with both foreclosure and bankruptcy clients in state and federal cases. Nick’s primary interest is bankruptcy related litigation. Nick is currently licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and is hoping to soon become a member of the Illinois bar as well. He enjoys working with debtors to resolve financial issues and help them get back on their feet and start living free of financial difficulty.
Nick lives on the northwest side of Chicago close to the Blue Line and Illinois Tollway so he can be in downtown Chicago or southeast Wisconsin when needed. Nick is engaged to Alison Heinz and looks forward to marrying her on July 14, 2012 in Chicago.
Nick is originally from South Bend, IN and enjoys every opportunity to go back and visit with family and friends.
