M. Idalia Garcia

Dalia Garcia is Lakelaw’s senior paralegal, responsible for overseeing all of the paralegal work relating to the firm’s Trustee practice and for supervising the paralegal staff. Dalia also provides support to the firm’s other practice areas, including consumer bankruptcy, business bankruptcy, and commercial and residential mortgage foreclosure defense.

Dalia joined the firm in 2005 as our Client Service Representative. Her versatility and ability to manage others has been instrumental in the growth—both in expertise and responsibility - of the firm’s paralegal staff.

Dalia is fluent in Spanish.
