Summary
Carole McNeilly was born and raised in Gurnee, Illinois, just across the border from Kenosha County. Carole’s life work has been as an operating room nurse at Level I and II Trauma Centers. At Lakelaw, she assists her husband, Jim McNeilly, in a part-time capacity. Her most important position is trustee paralegal for Jim’s Chapter 7 trustee practice. She also assists with accounting and sometimes functions as Jim’s executive secretary. Carole joined the firm when it opened in April, 2006.
As a trustee paralegal, Carole reviews Voluntary Petitions for compliance with the Bankruptcy Code, assists Jim in preparing for and attending creditors meetings, drafts and files pleadings and corresponds with Debtors’ attorneys and court personnel.
