Summary 

Mrs. Rivera assists attorneys in the process of filing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases. Such as preparing the Bankruptcy Petition for filing, as well as preparing all required documents that need to be filed along with the petition. Mrs. Rivera also handles contact with clients to help assist with credit counseling and any non-legal bankruptcy questions, as well as contact with creditors regarding reaffirmation agreements and client case status.
